Meet Mary and Kristin, the owners and creators of Vitality Community Fitness, est. 2016. Driven by a shared passion for health, well-being, and inclusivity, Mary and Kristin embarked on a journey to establish a fitness haven that resonated with their core values and beliefs.

Their story began with a simple yet profound desire: to redefine the fitness landscape. They firmly believed that exercise should be an attainable goal for everyone, regardless of their current fitness level.
