STRENGTH & CONDITONING

M-F Class Cap: 12

Saturday Class Cap: 20

Our most popular class, typically lasting one hour. It begins with introductions and an "icebreaker" question of the day, followed by a warm-up focused on the workout ahead. The classes blend strength training and conditioning, often incorporating barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and other equipment. The format varies, but the goal is to provide a comprehensive workout each time. Safety is the highest importance to us, so you can rest assured knowing that these classes are designed with your well-being in mind. S&C classes are between 45 minutes to an hour.

TABATA

Class Cap: 12

Looking to get a fast and effective workout in a short amount of time? Give our Tabata classes a try! These sessions, lasting for 30 minutes, are designed to provide high-intensity interval training (HIIT) which will leave you feeling the burn and dripping in sweat. By incorporating circuit exercises and fast-paced agility training, we guarantee an intense and efficient workout all within just half an hour.

POWERLIFTING

Class Cap: 8

Led by Coach Carli Curry, this class focuses on building strength through the three main power lifts: back squat, bench press, and deadlift. The program progresses each week to help you find your max effort to lift, recover, and continue building muscle and strength.

FLEX

Class Cap: 12

Our bodybuilding-focused class designed around hypertrophy principles. Learn to isolate individual muscle groups and develop a strong mind-muscle connection. This class emphasizes controlled, purposeful movements over brute strength.
