Not a “gym person”? Perfect. VCF 101 is our intro course built exactly for you.

Whether you're stepping into a gym for the first time or coming back after a long break, VCF 101 helps you feel strong, safe, and confident from Day One. This four-week course is your on-ramp into everything we do at Vitality — where lifting, community, and long-term consistency come together.

What You Get:

Two small-group sessions per week (Tuesdays & Thursdays)

Morning or evening options: 8 AM or 5:30 PM. 

Optional Saturday 9 AM class: bonus class to work out with the greater Vitality community.

Plus:

Expert instruction on the fundamentals of lifting and strength training and conditioning.

A welcoming, queer-inclusive environment where no one expects you to “crush it” — we care more about form, consistency, and feeling good in your body.

Plenty of time to ask questions, learn at your pace, and build your confidence.

What We Teach:

VCF 101 covers the foundations of movement that carry over into our full group classes. We’ll focus on strength-based patterns like squatting, pushing, hinging, pulling, and moving with intention. You’ll also learn how to safely modify workouts to suit your own needs and goals.

We believe strength is for everyone and that doesn’t mean going hard or going home. It means training smarter, listening to your body, and showing up when you can.
