Meet Mary and Kristin, the owners and creators of Vitality Community Fitness, est. 2016. Driven by a shared passion for health, well-being, and inclusivity, Mary and Kristin embarked on a journey to establish a fitness haven that resonated with their core values and beliefs.

Their story began with a simple yet profound desire: to redefine the fitness landscape. They firmly believed that exercise should be an attainable goal for everyone, regardless of their current fitness level. With this in mind, they laid the foundation for Vitality Community Fitness, a space where approachability and scalability are at the heart of every program and interaction.
