Curry has been with Vitality since 2019. In addition to being a certified personal trainer, Curry is a physical Therapist working out of Magnolia Physical Therapy.
Dry needling can be beneficial for anything from workout recovery and injury prevention to post-injury recovery. If you feel tight and achy in a certain joint or muscle after every workout or have a muscle that’s always tight you can inquire about if dry needling might be appropriate for you! Dry needling will help with increasing blood flow, stimulating your nervous system for improved recovery, and decreasing tension in your muscles.
