Not a “gym person”? Perfect. VCF 101 is our intro course built exactly for you. Whether you're stepping into a gym for the first time or coming back after a long break, VCF 101 helps you feel strong, safe, and confident from day one.
This three-week course is your on-ramp into everything we do at Vitality — where lifting, community, and long-term consistency come together.
VCF 101 is the starting point for many of our athletes. It’s designed differently than our group fitness classes. With a smaller class cap of 6 people, you’ll get more coaching, more attention, and more space to learn at your own pace.
