Before I joined Vitality I was putting in long hours at work. Being busy at work led me to not prioritize my health and I was left feeling unhappy with the way I looked. I am someone who benefits from guidance, I really wanted to be pushed to show up and be told what to do once I got there. Classes were the best fit for me, and that led me to Vitality!

The person I was when I first joined is not the person I have become now. I have gained a sense of confidence and love for myself that I did not have and I wouldn’t have without the encouragement, support, and love from my vitality family. I feel so proud for how far I have come in my journey to love myself and body for the way it is.

I've seen myself improve my confidence in picking up heavier weights, I am no longer afraid! My goals now are to remain dedicated and consistent with my attendance. I plan to continue to push myself at my workouts. I hope to stay confident and I want to always remember that I am strong and that I won’t give up.

I am most proud of the fact that I now know how to love my body for what it is. I am proud of how strong I am and excited for the future.

Vitality is an amazing diverse family community who helps one another by encouraging, supporting, motivating, and loving each other. I am so honored that I can be a part of this family and I couldn’t imagine my life without Vitality in it. It’s become a part of who I am. I love you guys.

In Coach Kristin’s words…

Caroline is one of the hardest working people I know, both in and out of the gym.

She is someone who puts her nose to the grindstone and gives it 100% every single day. Caroline continuously walks in with a smile on her face and is always excited to be in class with her extended gym fam. At the start of Vitality, we were doing monthly check-ins on her health and wellness. Through that time, she had really gotten a grasp on her health goals; started putting her focus less on just aesthetics and more on her strength and nutrition that works with her lifestyle.

Above all of that, Caroline has learned how to love herself and feel confident in her skin. She embraces the person she is TODAY instead of who she used to be. She is an incredible role model for women in our gym. I have so much respect and love for Caroline and it's a pleasure to be her coach the past couple of years, as well as her friend. :) Looking forward to more years to come!
