Our intro course

Are you new to VCF or looking to dive deeper into your fitness journey? Look no further than VCF 101, our newest and most comprehensive course designed to introduce you to everything our gym has to offer. These classes will be both a workout and weekly breakdowns of our best gym practices. Designed for the beginner to grow sustainably and comfortably work themselves into any class we offer.

Meet our Coaches

All VCF 101 classes will be lead by our Head Coach Kristin Kavanaugh and Carli Curry. Kristin is the co-founder of Vitality as well as our head coach. Clients praise her for her positive and warm approach to fitness. Kristin will make you feel right at home. In addition to being a coach at VCF and leading all our Powerlifting classes Curry is a recent graduate of the LSU Physical Therapy school. She is now working as a physical thearpist in addition to her coaching at VCF. Curry has an extensive knowledge of the body and uses this to lead some of the most comprehensive workouts we offer at VCF.

What is Included?

VCF 101 will run from August 6th to August 31st. 101 Classes will be held each Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30p. This membership will also include Saturday 9am classes, though these times are not 101 specific. These classes are a very small class cap of only 6 people, so these spots will be available until sold out.

but what does it cost?

$190 for the 4 weeks/12 classes.

Broken down you’re paying about $15 a class. Our typical drop in rate is $25 per class! A value! Additionally we will be offering a sign-up deal for any 101 folks that’d like to join as a full time member after the course is complete. We very rarely run any specials on membership pricing but we are excited to offer this incentive to those folks looking to build their new routines!
