Our most popular class, lasting 45-60 minutes starts with introductions and an "icebreaker" question of the day, followed by a warm-up. The classes blend strength training and conditioning, incorporating barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and more. Formats vary, with the goal to provide a comprehensive workout with safety as the top priority.

This 45-minute class is designed to strengthen your core and alleviate lower back pain. By focusing on specific positions and movements that connect you to your lumbar spine, this class enhances performance in other VCF classes, improving heavy lifts, explosiveness, and breathing.

Aerial Silks classes offer a break from traditional workouts, encouraging you to explore body movement through suspended silks. This class helps you discover strength in new ways as you learn to support your body weight while inverted. To join, participants must complete the Silks Fundamentals course, which is included in our Unlimited Rate.
